How can I get the best shipping rates?

When you consistently order over $2,500 per month of printing (excluding freight), we can allow you to use your own freight account. This does require credit approval since we will need to move you to monthly invoicing. There are advantages and disadvantages to this. We are happy to discuss this with you.

We have an enterprise account with Endicia. When you reach this level we can send you a link which can allow you to create an account on your credit card which will give you our negotiated rates while charging the shipping directly to your credit card.

Non-Guaranteed Shipping Methods:

When using Fedex Ground, shipping is not guaranteed. We do not recommend this shipping method when you need a rush job as it can take longer than other methods and has a higher rate of problems.

What is the turnaround time on orders?

Once orders are placed, they are fulfilled within 48 business hours if less than five line items; five to nine line items ships within 72 business hours and orders with more than ten line items (different products) may take longer than three business days (but we will really try). For foil stamped cards we need to order a die so those can take up to seven working days.

From where do you ship, and how long will shipping take?

We ship from San Jose, California 95133. Shipping to the East Coast via UPS Ground will be about five to six business days.

Do you include pricing information on the packing slips?

No, our packing slips simply contain a list of the items included in the order with their descriptions.

Do you blind ship?

Yes, all of our orders are blind shipped.

Can you include a gift note?

Yes, there us a field for this during the checkout process.

USPS Shipping Guidelines

Even though USPS has really attractive rates, their delivery times are not guaranteed. This means that even though a shipment may ship on Monday with a Priority Mail service, USPS does not guarantee that the package would be delivered by Wednesday. Often USPS takes much longer than expected and the tracking is not often updated promptly as the shipment travels from our facility to your destination. We cannot replace any packages shipped via USPS that do not arrive on a specific date, however, if the package does not arrive ten business days after being shipped, we will replace that order at no charge.
