December 22nd, 2025.
This year, USPS service issues affected both your business and ours. Inconsistent package scanning and tracking, along with the USPS situation in Kentucky, led to delays and reprints that impacted costs and delivery reliability. Despite these challenges, we chose not to raise USPS rates during the holiday season to avoid adding pressure during a busy time. Now that holiday shipping has ended, we’ve made a modest rate adjustment to better account for these ongoing risks. At the same time, we’re actively exploring alternative carriers to improve reliability for you now and into 2026.

USPS shipments from our Kentucky facility have been a nightmare for you and us. There are even politicians involved now. See the attached link:
We have discussed this with people we know at USPS but no firm solution yet. Packages are starting to move but are very late.

November 24th, 2025.
We are really frustrated with USPS. They do not scan packages until these packages reach their destination zip code. You will see LABEL CREATED when you check tracking. These are all in the postal system. It can be up to 10 days before tracking updates so if this doesn't work for your customers please use UPS or FedEx.

AWS is reporting outages. (https://downdetector.com/status/aws-amazon-web-services/). Your libraries are stored on AWS. We are working to resolve this.

White Ink products are no longer available.
After offering this option for several years, we’ve decided to discontinue it due to rising supply costs and low demand. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we focus on offering the highest-quality, sustainable printing options.

You will see a bit of an increase on Savoy Paper. This paper comes from Europe and has been affected by tarrifs.

September 2025: Some of the shipments you receive may come from our Louisville, Kentucky factory. We don't produce all of the products there (yet). More are being added every day. We do route orders to the facilities by product and destination zip code. Orders should be received faster now.

September 3, 2025: 1 x 3 labels are back BUT the product has changed. Only one design per item. It is delivered as 20 labels on an 8.5 x 11 sheet.

January 21, 2025: Due to the challenges caused by Winter Storm Blair across the central and eastern United States, FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service have shared that some deliveries may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

December 11, 2024: USPS Notice!
March 12, 2025: We updated some technology in our customer accounts settings in Shopify. Please let us know if you have any issues. (this should make it easier for you to log in)
December 11, 2024: Savoy is back in stock!!!
December 10, 2024: All printers and machines are back up and running!
December 5, 2024: Our smaller HP press has been down all week. We hope to have it up on Monday but this puts us way behind on the following papers. Savoy, Natural Savoy, 100% recycled, Neenah Cotton, Bamboo, Labels, Any Double thick products.
November 22, 2024: White Savoy will now be delivered after Thanksgiving.
November 18, 2024: Launched 11oz Color Mugs SEE IT HERE
November 12, 2024: We've run out of White Savoy. More is on its way from Europe, but we don’t have an expected delivery date as of yet. We are hoping for 11/22, but can not guarantee or confirm that.
