YOUR PDF OR ILLUSTRATOR FILE must have five layers. Here is an article which explains how to do this.

It is critical that your foil layer is overprinted before you export to PDF. Here is an article on how to do this. Also the PDF and Illustrator files below show how the files should look. If you use Adobe Illustrator you can download those files and copy your content into those file. Assign the items you want in foil using the iFOIL swatch.

You can upload a five-layer PDF file with the foil portion color labeled IFOIL or an Illustrator file foil portion color in a swatch called IFOIL. A JPG file does not work on this product.

We launched this product as single-sided only in June 2024. We originally launched this on uncoated paper. That stock was very expensive and hard to keep in stock so we are relaunching this on 130# dull cover. Now we offer new colors and double-sided also. Foil can only be on the outside.
